Age Policy: All guests must be 8 years or older. Starting April 8, 2026, all new bookings use the same per-guest rate regardless of age.
Tip: The Grand Room is ideal for 15+ guests. For smaller groups, consider our Royal Tea or Lunch & Laugh. Same great food, no room fee!
Additional time must be requested during booking and approved on your invoice. It cannot be added during the tea party or as a last-minute request.

    • We send your Square invoice after review. Nothing is auto-confirmed just because you submitted the form.
    • Once your first required payment is received, your booking moves to confirmed.
    • After confirmation, use your booking status link to request changes instead of starting a long email thread.
    This is a request, not a final booking. We'll review availability and send your Square invoice within 24 hours. Your deposit is due immediately after invoice approval. Your booking is confirmed once your first required payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable, and approved reschedule requests carry a $25 fee. Use the booking status link in your confirmation to request updates without starting over.

    What happens after I submit this form?
    We'll review your request and send a Square invoice to your email within 24 hours. Your deposit is due immediately when that invoice arrives. If you choose pay-in-full, your first invoice includes a 5% discount. Once you pay your required invoice amount (deposit or pay-in-full), your booking is confirmed.
    What is the cancellation policy?
    Deposits are non-refundable once paid. One reschedule request may be approved with at least 48 hours notice for most bookings, or 7 days for larger parties of 15+ guests, based on availability, and carries a $25 reschedule fee.
    Is parking available?
    Yes! Free parking is available directly in front of the tea room at 621 N. Hampton Rd. Suite 110A, DeSoto, TX 75115.
    Can I bring my own cake or decorations?
    Yes, you're welcome to bring your own cake and light decorations. If you're unsure, note it in Special Requests and we'll review it on the backend.
    What about children under 8?
    Due to the nature of our experiences, we cannot accommodate children under 8 years old. Starting April 8, 2026, all new bookings use the same per-guest rate regardless of age.
    Can I change my headcount after booking?
    Yes. Use your booking status link to request guest count and add-on changes for manual review up to 5 days before the event. Reschedule requests require at least 48 hours notice for most bookings, or 7 days for parties of 15+ guests.
    Is pricing different on holidays or Mother's Day?
    Holiday and special event weekends (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.) may have adjusted pricing. We'll let you know in your confirmation if your selected date has special pricing.
    Can I request a theme (Bridgerton, Princess, etc.)?
    Absolutely! Note your themed party or event in the Special Requests field. We can work with you, and special pricing may apply depending on the complexity.
    Can we add extra time or arrive early?
    Extra time and early setup must be requested and approved before the event because another booking may be scheduled before or after yours. Please do not arrive early or expect extra time unless it is confirmed.
    Can you accommodate dietary requests?
    We can review requests and will try to accommodate when possible, but there is no guarantee. If a special accommodation is possible, a surcharge may apply. Menus and seasonal items are subject to change.
    Are animals allowed?
    No pets are allowed. ADA service animals are welcome; emotional-support animals and pets are not permitted.
    Is gratuity included in the price?
    Yes, all prices shown are all-inclusive. Tax and gratuity are already included. No extra tip or service charge is added to new booking invoices.
