Pricing & Payment

Royal Tea is $45/person. Lunch & Laugh is $35/person. Grand Room is $55/person plus a $350 room fee. Etiquette Experience is $60/person. All prices are all-inclusive with tax and gratuity already built in.

Standard bookings require a 50% deposit due immediately when the Square invoice is sent. Bookings made within 5 days require full payment upfront. If you choose to pay in full on your first invoice, a 5% pay-in-full discount is applied. Your date is secured once the first required payment is received.

Starting April 8, 2026, all new bookings use the same per-guest rate regardless of age. Existing pipeline or already-committed bookings may keep previously quoted child pricing.

Yes! Our pricing is fully all-inclusive. The 15% gratuity and 8.25% sales tax are already baked into the per-person price. There is no need to add a tip.

We send a Square invoice to your email with a secure online payment link. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay through the invoice.

Deposits are non-refundable once paid. One reschedule request may be approved with at least 48 hours notice for most bookings, or 7 days for larger parties of 15+ guests, based on availability. A $25 reschedule fee applies.

We offer a flat per-person rate with no additional discounts. Our all-inclusive pricing already provides excellent value with tax and gratuity included.

If your organization needs tax-exempt handling, mention it in your inquiry and our team will review it manually.

Bookings made within 5 days of the event require full payment upfront (no 50% deposit split).

Extra time may be requested in advance at $100/hour for the Tea Room or $150/hour for the Grand Room. It must be scheduled and approved before your event; it cannot be added during the tea party or as a last-minute request.

We recommend 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and holiday weekends should be booked as early as possible.

Yes. Sunday seatings start at 2:30 PM only and require a minimum of 10 guests.

Yes, Edylicious is reservation-only. We do not accept walk-ins.

Yes, guest count adjustments can be made up to 5 days before your event.

Tuesday through Thursday bookings require at least 2 guests. Friday and Saturday require at least 4 guests. Sunday is 2:30 PM only with a 10-guest minimum. Mondays are closed.

Yes! Free parking is available directly in front of our location at the shopping center.

Early setup must be requested and approved in advance because it may interfere with a previous booking. Please do not arrive early unless your setup time has been confirmed.

For groups over 28, we offer the Grand Room (up to 60 guests), split Tea Room seatings, or off-site catering.

Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have an accessibility need, tell us before your event so we can prepare the room layout.

Yes. Note your themed party or event in Special Requests. We can work with you, and special pricing may apply depending on the complexity.

Yes! Outside celebration cakes are always welcome.

Yes, decorations are welcome but must be free-standing only. No tape, pins, or adhesives on walls.

No outside food is permitted, with the exception of celebration cakes.

Absolutely! Our space is designed to be photogenic and Instagram-worthy.

Yes, everyone is welcome at Edylicious.

No outside alcohol is allowed. We offer Sparkling Rose cocktails at $7/glass.

Yes! Music from a personal device at conversation-friendly volume is welcome.

We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 8. All guests must be 8 years or older.

No pets are allowed. ADA service animals are welcome; emotional-support animals and pets are not permitted.
