Common Questions
What does the tea experience include?
Our Royal Tea features a beautiful 3-tier setting: finger sandwiches on croissant and artisan breads, freshly baked warm scones with clotted cream, strawberry jam, and lemon curd, plus French macarons, petite madeleines, and coconut macaroons. Each guest also receives a choice of 2 seasonal teas. Menu items and tea selections are seasonal and subject to change.
How much does it cost?
$45/person for Royal Tea, $35/person for Lunch & Laugh, $55/person plus a $350 room fee for Grand Room events, and $60/person for Etiquette Experience. All prices are all-inclusive with tax and gratuity already included. No hidden charges.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
Standard bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit due immediately when the Square invoice is sent after review. Bookings made within 5 days require full payment upfront. Pay in full on your first invoice to receive a 5% discount. Your date is secured after the first required payment is received. One reschedule request may be approved if submitted at least 48 hours before the event for most bookings, or 7 days before for larger parties of 15+ guests, based on availability.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We always include a vegetarian sandwich option. We can review other dietary requests and will try to accommodate when possible, but there is no guarantee. If a special accommodation is possible, a surcharge may apply. Note allergies or ingredient concerns in Special Requests and we will review them with your booking.
What ages are allowed?
All guests must be 8 years or older. We cannot accommodate children under 8. All guests ages 8+ pay the same per-person rate. Adult supervision is required for all guests under 18.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and Sundays. Popular dates like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day fill up fast. Book those as early as possible.
What are the Sunday booking rules?
Sunday seatings start at 2:30 PM and require a minimum of 10 guests. Special holiday weekends (e.g., Mother's Day) may have additional time options. If your group is smaller than 10, we can offer a weekday alternative or help you choose another package/date.
Can we bring our own cake, decorations, or music?
Yes to all three! Outside celebration cakes are welcome. Decorations must be free-standing (no tape or pins on walls). You may play music from a personal device at conversation-friendly volume. No outside food or alcohol beyond cakes.
What is the difference between Lunch & Laugh and Royal Tea?
Royal Tea is our signature 3-tier experience with multiple sandwich varieties, scones, macarons, pastries, and seasonal teas. Lunch & Laugh is a casual option featuring a sandwich, iced tea, dessert, chips, and a choice of pasta salad or fruit cup, perfect for a lighter gathering.
Is parking available and is the venue accessible?
Yes. Free parking is available directly in front of our location at the shopping center, and the venue is wheelchair accessible. ADA service animals are welcome; pets and emotional-support animals are not permitted.
