Your invoice will reflect a guaranteed minimum count. Your 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date and our services based on the guest count. Your guest count is not eligible for a reduction. We will have a final guest count a week before the event if more guests need to be added. You will be responsible for 100% of the guaranteed guest minimum count. The 50% non-refundable security deposit is due upon booking and confirmation.

If a client requests cancellation before the event, (100%) of the total deposit will be owed to Edylicious Tea Room. Any event may be rescheduled upon request depending on rescheduled date and time.

EDYLICIOUS DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND MENU SUBSTITUTIONS

Tea menus are fixed and always include one vegetarian sandwich. Unfortunately, we are unable to substitute items or offer gluten, dairy, or egg-free options. However, Edylicious' goal is to ensure every guest feels welcome and appreciated, so we will always provide to-go boxes if you would like to take something you can’t eat home for someone else.

Our food is prepared in a facility that uses wheat, nuts, dairy, and eggs. If you have allergies, please note that on your registration, we will annotate that event’s menu to indicate any items that contain that ingredient.
