Booking & Deposits
All bookings are reviewed first. Once approved, we send your Square invoice. Standard bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit due immediately when the Square invoice is sent. Bookings made within 5 days require full payment upfront. Pay in full on your first invoice for a 5% discount.
Your deposit must be received within 5 days of the invoice being sent, or by 3 days before your event date, whichever is sooner. If the deposit is not received by that deadline, your slot is released and the date may be offered to another customer.
Your invoice reflects a guaranteed minimum count. Guest count locks 3 days before the event for parties under 10 guests, and 7 days before the event for parties of 10 or more. After the lock date, reductions are not permitted and you are responsible for 100% of the locked count. Additions may be requested before the lock date and accepted when capacity allows.
If guests do not arrive, their portions go home with you in a Tea-to-Go kit (sandwiches, scones, and sweets, packaged for travel) so nothing is wasted.
Cancellation& Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable once paid.
One reschedule request may be approved if submitted at least 48 hours before your event for most bookings, or 7 days before for parties of 10 or more guests, based on date and time availability.
A $25 change fee applies to each modification (guest count, time, or date) requested after the deposit is paid. The fee is invoiced separately.
Additional Time& Setup
Additional time and early setup must be requested and approved before your event because another booking may be scheduled before or after yours. Extra time cannot be added during the tea party or as a last-minute request.
Off-Hours Bookings
Our regular operating window for tea events is 10 AM to 6 PM. Events scheduled to start before 10 AM or to end after 6 PM are subject to a $75 off-hours booking fee to cover schedule change and additional staffing. The off-hours fee is invoiced separately.
Allergen Notice
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that may use common allergens including wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please note allergies on your booking request so our team can review them and provide ingredient or potential allergen information on request.
Age Policy
All guests must be 8 years or older. All guests ages 8+ pay the same per-person rate. We cannot accommodate children under 8.
Animals & Accessibility
No pets are allowed. ADA service animals are welcome; emotional-support animals and pets are not permitted. If you have an accessibility need, please tell us before your event so we can prepare the room layout.

- 1Handle With CarePlease handle all tea ware, decor, and display items with care. Guests may be responsible for broken or damaged items.
- 2Please Do Not Touch DecorIf an item is on a shelf, wall, mantel, or display, please do not touch it.
- 3Doors & DisplaysIf it is closed, please do not open it. If it is open, please do not close it.
- 4Outside Food PolicyOutside food is not allowed in the tea room. However, guests may bring a celebration cake or cupcakes, along with their own serving plates.
- 5Spills & MessesIf you make a mess or spill something, please let our staff know so we can assist you.
- 6Phones & TabletsPlease keep phones and tablets on silent or vibrate while in the tea room.
- 7Age PolicyOur tea room experience is best suited for guests ages 8 and up.
- 8Photos & VideosPhotos and videos are welcome, but please be mindful of other guests.
- 9QuestionsIf you are not sure about something, please ask. We are happy to help.
- 10Respectful ConductWe kindly ask all guests to treat our staff and other guests with courtesy and respect. Abusive or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal from the tea room.
