Reward Rules

How referral tracking works

The generator creates a memorable code, but the Edylicious team still validates each reward against the actual booking email, invoice, and payment timeline.

Referral codes are reviewed manually before a discount is applied.
The referred guest should mention the code in the booking notes, by phone, or by email before the invoice is finalized.
Credits apply after the referred booking is confirmed and the required first payment is received.
One referral code may be used per booking, and referral credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Who qualifies for the referral program?

Any past Edylicious guest can generate a referral code. Your friend must be a first-time booker at Edylicious to redeem the discount.

How do I use my referral code?

Simply mention your referral code when booking by phone, email, or in the booking form notes. We will apply the $25 discount to both your next booking and your friend's first booking.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

There is no limit! Refer as many friends as you like. You will receive $25 off for each successful referral that results in a confirmed booking.

When does my discount get applied?

Your $25 credit is applied to your next booking after your friend's event is confirmed and their deposit is received.

Can I combine my referral discount with other offers?

Referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers. One referral code per booking.
