Light decorations are welcome and custom setups can be reviewed
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. Pay-in-full is available if you prefer no final balance later.
Deposits are non-refundable once paid. One reschedule request may be approved with at least 48 hours notice for most bookings, or 7 days for parties of 10 or more guests, based on availability. A $25 reschedule fee applies.
All guests ages 8+ pay the same per-person rate. We cannot accommodate children under 8 in the tea room.
Tea-room pricing is flat and all-inclusive, with tax and gratuity already included. Group rates and weekday discounts are not offered. Referral and repeat-guest perks are reviewed manually when applicable.
