Good to Know

Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. Pay in full at booking and receive a 5% discount.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once paid. One reschedule request may be approved with at least 48 hours notice for most bookings, or 7 days for parties of 10 or more guests, based on availability. A $25 reschedule fee applies.

Same Rate, All Ages 8+

All guests ages 8+ pay the same per-person rate. We cannot accommodate children under 8 in the tea room.

Discounts

Enjoy 5% offfor weekday bookings (Mon–Thu) and an additional 5% off when you pay the full balance at the time of booking. Discounts can be combined.
