Terms of Service

Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are requests until reviewed by Edylicious staff. Once approved, we send a Square invoice to complete your first required payment. Standard bookings require a 50% deposit due immediately when the invoice is sent. Bookings made within 5 days of the event require full payment upfront. Pay-in-full bookings receive a 5% discount when paid on the first invoice. Your booking is not confirmed until the first required payment is received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Deposits: Non-refundable once paid.
- Reschedule requests: One reschedule request may be approved with at least 48 hours notice for most bookings, or 7 days for larger parties of 15+ guests, based on availability. A $25 reschedule fee applies.
- Late changes: Requests inside the required notice window may not be accommodated.
- No-shows: No refund; full balance may be charged.

Age Requirements
Guests must be at least 8 years of age. Children under 8 are not permitted in the tea room. Adult supervision is required for all guests under 18.
Guest Count & Pricing
Pricing is all-inclusive and varies by service package: Royal Tea $45/person, Lunch & Laugh $35/person, Grand Room $55/person plus a $350 room fee, and Etiquette Experience $60/person. Minimum guest counts apply by day: Tuesday-Thursday 2 guests, Friday-Saturday 4 guests, Sunday 10 guests, and Mondays are closed. Final guest count must be confirmed at least 5 days before your event.
Dietary Accommodations & Allergens
We always include a vegetarian sandwich option. We can review other dietary requests and will try to accommodate when possible, but there is no guarantee. If a special accommodation is possible, a surcharge may apply. We also cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Our kitchen and menu may involve common allergens including wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish, or shellfish depending on the item or event. Please disclose allergies or ingredient concerns during booking so our team can review them. Ingredient and potential allergen information is available on request, but cross-contact may occur. Menus and seasonal items are subject to change.
Additional Time & Setup
Additional time and early setup must be requested and approved before your event because another booking may be scheduled before or after yours. Extra time cannot be added during the tea party or as a last-minute request.
Animals & Service Animals
No pets are allowed. ADA service animals are welcome; emotional-support animals and pets are not permitted.
Payment
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Cash App Pay through Square. Tea-room pricing shown for new bookings is all-inclusive with tax and gratuity already built in. If your organization needs tax-exempt handling, contact us and our team will review it manually.
Gift Cards
Online gift card sales and gift card redemption on new booking requests are temporarily unavailable while we update this program. If you already have an Edylicious gift card, contact us so staff can review it manually.
Online Shop, Shipping & Delivery
Our online tea shop is currently waitlist-only. When paid online product orders open, product availability, delivery method, shipping timing, return/refund terms, and any restrictions will be shown at checkout or on the product page.
If we cannot ship an online merchandise order within the time stated, or within 30 days when no time is stated, we will notify you of the delay and give you the option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
Email & Text Messages
We may send transactional emails about booking requests, invoices, payments, gift cards, and customer support. Promotional email, if sent, will include a way to unsubscribe. Booking-related text messages are sent only if you opt in or ask us to text you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Reviews & Testimonials
Reviews and testimonials must reflect honest customer experiences. We do not permit fake reviews, undisclosed paid reviews, or undisclosed reviews from employees, family members, or others with a material connection to Edylicious.
Catering & Wholesale
Catering and wholesale orders are subject to separate terms provided in the catering agreement or wholesale contract. Minimum order quantities and advance notice requirements apply.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Edylicious LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Edylicious LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question, to the extent permitted by law.
